WORKPLACE TALKS ON CANCER, MENOPAUSE & LIFE IN REMISSION

When serious health hits your workforce, silence isn’t support.

Real talk. Real tools. Real change.

I’m Ali Stripling, a stage 3 cancer survivor and qualified menopause practitioner. I deliver bold, practical talks that help organisations move beyond wellbeing policy and create workplaces people can actually return to.

When health changes, culture is tested

Serious illness doesn’t end when treatment does and menopause doesn’t disappear because it’s awkward.

Employees return to work after cancer still managing fatigue, fear, scanxiety and the invisible after-effects of treatment. Women navigating perimenopause often question their confidence, energy and identity long before they ever speak about it.

  • Leaders want to say the right thing.

  • Colleagues don’t want to get it wrong.

  • HR teams are left holding complex situations with limited guidance.

Policies don’t carry conversations - people do. And that’s where support either strengthens culture — or quietly erodes it.

This work is personal

I’ve thrived through perimenopause.
I’ve rebuilt my health.
I’ve returned to work after stage 3 anal cancer.

In December 2024, I underwent 28 rounds of chemoradiation. Treatment was brutal. Remission brought relief — and a whole new set of realities. Fatigue that lingers. Confidence that wobbles. The unspoken question in every room: “Is she fully back?”

I’ve felt the silence.
I’ve felt the awkwardness.
I’ve felt the pressure to be resilient and grateful.

I also know what helped.

  • Clear language.

  • Informed leadership.

  • Brave conversations.

That lived experience is what I bring to every stage.

Author of #TweakAWeek™

#TweakAWeek™ is my 52-week practical framework supporting women through perimenopause.

It began as a philosophy and is now a 90+ page ebook used by women across the UK to make small, sustainable changes that improve energy, confidence and wellbeing.

The framework underpins my talks and ensures people leave with actions they can implement immediately.
