Why I created #TweakAWeek
When perimenopause hit me, it hit me hard. To be honest, it was a total shit-show. That was until I started to understand what was going on with my hormones - and realised there were changes I could make. I could actually take the power back.
What I needed were practical, doable shifts that fitted into real life - for the days when I was knackered, overwhelmed, or just trying to hold it all together.
Because none of us need another glossy diet book. Or a lecture about “trying harder.” Or, worse still, a two-week plan that leaves you living on juice and empty promises.
That’s why I wrote #TweakAWeek.
